Aerial Intelligence Infrastructure for Conservation Landscapes

Structured Aerial Deployment
ACM delivers structured aerial census deployments through certified fixed wing drone partners. Pre programmed transects are flown at consistent altitude and spacing to ensure repeatable coverage across tens of thousands of hectares.
ACM provides the census framework and intelligence layer. Licensed in country operators provide the flight layer. Together this enables regulatory compliant, scalable monitoring across regions.

Real Time Edge Inference
During flight, captured imagery passes through ACM’s onboard AI model in real time. Species and human activity are identified, categorised and geolocated as the aircraft flies, converting imagery into structured georeferenced datapoints.
This eliminates weeks of post processing and transforms aerial surveys into rapid operational intelligence.

Live Operational Integration
Detected and georeferenced outputs are transmitted to ACM’s command centre and pushed into existing operational systems such as EarthRanger and SMART.
Conservancies receive a live, structured landscape view of wildlife distribution, livestock movement and human activity within hours to days rather than weeks.
Census becomes a continuous intelligence layer rather than an isolated reporting event.
Built on Real Conservation Data
System Development and Validation
ACM’s aerial detection model has been trained on real conservation imagery and integrated into a fixed wing edge inference architecture. Initial results demonstrate the viability of multi species and human activity detection from aerial perspectives. The system is currently undergoing continued dataset expansion, model refinement, and hardware integration testing in collaboration with partners including Ultralytics, Addax Data Science, Phantom Technologies and Alperium. Engagement with multiple conservancies is informing system design as the model progresses toward operational readiness.
